Our specially developed Electronics Shareholder Application (ESA) was designed with our clients in mind. This application, which is installed on the client issuer's computers, allows the company to review its shareholder information using many different types of forms:

• Current shareholders (alpha or by certificate)
• Shareholders as of a certain date (alpha or by certificate)
• Mailing labels (with or without total number of shares held)
• Transfer activity report (showing all transfer activity by broker, date, etc.)
• ...and many more.

Upon written request from the issuer, current shareholder data is emailed to the company and downloaded into the ESA program. Updated data may be requested at any time.

Our current clients who utilize this program say it assists them tremendously in their day to day shareholder service operations. The program is password protected to ensure only proper personnel have access to this information.
